I've been in this business about 20 years. I made my first $1M income year at 31. At 32 I had a team of 45 — then I lost it, down to 13 agents and no managers. For two years I was just going through the motions.

I rebuilt around ownership, standards and social media: 800 videos on Instagram and TikTok, 11 + 7 recruits in 12 months, and from 2 TOTs in 2024 to 5 TOTs in 2025.

Some people call my style fierce. To me, it means taking your career seriously. Rebecca hit her first COT after mentorship with me, is still under my mentoring today, and last year hit TOT and President's Club. Wei Chao and Edwin, agents in my team, achieved their first TOT after joining.

Do I need experience in insurance?

No. Many of my people are career switchers. What matters is discipline: be on time, do the activities, and keep growing.

I'm already an advisor. Can I move over?
